The Boathouse Cottage built in 2004 is a one story nautically decorated 2 bedroom cottage. One bedrooms offers a queen bed while the other has a king size bed. The bathroom offers a full bath with tub-shower and stacking washer and dryer. The living room features a cathedral ceiling with gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home including: range, microwave, Keurig , and lobster pot. The granite topped dining table and press back chairs allow for relaxed dining. Or spend the evening on the covered porch listening to the wildlife sing their beautiful music. Boathouse offers a port-a-crib, highchair, stroller, and portable swing making bringing the little one a little easier. CD player, TV, washer/dryer, gas grill and outside fire pit.
No smoking no pets. Occupancy: 4 people.
There is also a $150.00 deposit which will be returned within 14 days of your departure from Boathouse Cottage.
